Mayors need support and new ideas to leverage projects that can turn cities into inclusive and human places. On September 9, at Mayors Summit, Jaime Lerner, Ken Livingstone, Mary Jane Ortega, Enrique Peñalosa and Sam Adams will discuss the future of sustainable cities. With the mediation by the president of WRI, Andrew Steer, these visionaries ex-mayors will bear witness to the fact that it is possible to overcome bureaucracy, pessimism and disbelief to develop sustainable projects for cities.
